I was recommended by 2 people that did not know each other about Centric Automotive and I felt that was a sign from above because i was in such a pickle and it was a sunday of all days. I was so impressed and so absolutely grateful for everyone at Centric Automotive. It is a very honest , quality, trust worthy auto mechanic place, which is saying alot coming from a women that is always leary if im going to be taken advantage of because i dont know much about cars. They are efficient and very clear with there communication and break down with what they are going to do to your car. It's a very safe establishment for your car. It's extremely clean and very professional. There is not enough words to say how absolutely great this place is. They have gained a customer for life with me! No more dealership!! We Had an emergency situation with our car and we needed a good, local mechanic for our Toyota hybrid vehicles. They are AAA approved. We had repairs done in a quick time frame. They were easy to work with, and we are happy to add them as our new mechanic for our cars. They even had my car washed for us too!

Detailed report with actual photos and estimates was provided first explaining all the required services for my car. The repair work quality was very good/clean with reasonable wait time considering the type of repairs that my car needed. Excellent and professional staff. Very clean, well air conditioned waiting room with free snacks and great background music. Also very clean restroom.

Honest, reliable and ethical. sadly, one cannot always find that in an auto shop but you can most definitely count on Victor making sure that things are done right. When we initially brought my out back here, they could not find the exact issue and without they're being certain conditions, the initial fix didn't work. I brought it back and was never given a hard time and it was fixed. I like the fact that I don't have to hassle with the warranty company or the rental agency, they handled everything.
