I was recommended by 2 people that did not know each other about Centric Automotive and I felt that was a sign from above because i was in such a pickle and it was a sunday of all days. I was so impressed and so absolutely grateful for everyone at Centric Automotive. Honest, reliable and ethical. sadly, one cannot always find that in an auto shop but you can most definitely count on Victor making sure that things are done right. When we initially brought my out back here, they could not find the exact issue and without they're being certain conditions, the initial fix didn't work. I brought it back and was never given a hard time and it was fixed. I like the fact that I don't have to hassle with the warranty company or the rental agency, they handled everything.
